  1. Joan was my very dear friend when we attended the same classes at CHS. She was in my class and we hung out with several other friends as well. When I moved East, I lost track of Joan, but always wondered if I would see her again. I recently moved back to the area and now reside in Sioux Falls, so I had planned to get down to Canton and try to find her. I am so sorry for your loss; she was such a nice person and had a great sense of humor. I will miss her!

  2. Sorry to hear about Joannie. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you. If there is anything I can do just give me a call. Hang in there Butch.

  3. My sincere condolences to the family of Joan Marie. May God’s richest blessings be with all of you as you grieve your loss. May your memories of Joan be long and sweet.

  4. Peace, Prayers and Blessings to all of Joanie’s family.
I smile when I think of Joanie (what a spit-fire) and all the fun times I had with Butch, Joanie, Dean and Aud. Joanie and Aud made quite a team and not one you wanted to cross, but i tried it once or twice anyway and got the what for, which is now one of my fond memories. I hope you can find comfort in your many fond memories of Joanie.
    With Deepest sympathies, Janet Short

  5. So sorry for your loss. I have so many memories of Joannie.. from her and Butch riding motorcycle with my parents to working with Joannie at Behr. She was always a happy, upbeat person who will be greatly missed by many people .
Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day.
Unseen, unheard, but always near; still loved, still missed and very dear.
